BIOS Setup



1) What is BIOS?

            BIOS is a software program that we can also call Set of Instructions, but it is a program that starts at the very beginning of the computer i.e. the first program that runs in our computer system is called BIOS. 

        It is a Basic input-output system that configures or Initialize Fundamental activities, Input-output devices, or Basic components of our Computer system, and speak to work by Recognizing all of them and if any Input-output devices like Keyboard, Mouse, Harddrive, etc.

         
        It acts like Non-Volatile memory whenever our computer system is powered off of the BIOS.
        
       
2) How to open the BIOS Setup.


            Press these, but lasts for 1-2 Seconds. Then the BIOS and CMOS open.


3)  What does the BIOS do?


         It takes complete information before going inside the computer system and whether all the basic features are engaged in the computer system or not,  
  
         If all these features are not in the computer system then ours. The system will not start and the BIOS creates a complete design and tells us to turn on our system through the Processor, where the Option of the window comes.

         The BIOS is finished at the place and the BIOS only causes our Computer System Timing and Date and all kind of data that is saved in ROM (read-only memory) BIOS mainly works for booting the Operating System of the Computer System and also loading our Operating System in the Computer. 
    
It works on Power-on Self Test (POST) and also selects which device is worthy to be booted.
